When we first considered building a house, the only reaction we received from friends and family was that building a new home is a "nightmare". They said dealing with contractors, plumbers, electricians, etc., is so stressful and time consuming that you'll have little time to focus on anything else.

Well, in working with Kochmann Brothers Homes, not only did the process of building our first home go well, but we'd do it all over again because of how much we enjoyed it.

Bob and Paul took the time to work with us, really understand our needs and wants and put it all together in a wonderful plan. We'd give them a basic idea and they would come back to us with exactly what we were looking for. And because they manage the entire process, we only needed to call one person when we had questions.

Additionally, working with their interior designer saved us so much time and frustration. Vicki was very patient and informative as we worked through the process of selecting color, carpet, paint, tile, wood, and other samples. Without her assistance, the process would have been frustrating. Instead, it was simple and enjoyable.

The entire project went extremely well from the time we broke ground until the day we moved in, and best of all, it came in on budget and on time. We're thrilled about the quality of work and the craftsmanship throughout the house, and in our opinion, this is how building a home should be.
