We lived on a rural farmstead fifty-five miles northwest of Fargo. We wanted to build our dream home on our own land just south of the original farmstead. We weren't confident that we would find a builder willing to make the commute.

We met Bob from Kochmann Brothers Homes at the Home and Garden Show. We found him to be very knowledgeable and down to earth. We then set up a meeting with Paul. We were impressed with his listening skills. He took notes, asked questions, and really seemed to grasp what we were looking for. In fact, at that first meeting after listening to us, Paul asked if we had time to stop at a model home they had built. We did and much to our surprise, it was very close to what we had described! We made a few modifications and we were ready to build.

When we told Bob and Paul where we wanted to build, they assured us that the commute was not a problem for them and their subs. And it really proved not to be. In fact, Paul and Darrick came out before we started the project to look at our land and help us decide exactly where to build.

We loved Vicki! She was an absolute joy to work with. She really simplified the whole interior decorating process for us. Vicki really got to know us and chose samples and made suggestions based on our likes and style. We always looked forward to meeting with her, because she made it so fun!

The whole experience was positive. Everything was on schedule. We were kept very well informed of what was going on, when we needed to make a selection, and when and what sub-contractor was coming. We were impressed with the professionalism of every sub-contractor that worked on our home. Throughout the project, the commute to our rural address was never an issue. It never delayed or affected the original timetable we were given. We moved into our dream home on time and we absolutely love it! Thanks Kochmann Brothers Homes.
